Description

A creamy and cheesy dip with jalapeños and spices, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Optional: paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheeses, jalapeños, green onions, and garlic powder.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with extra green onions or a dash of paprika.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or your favorite crackers.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Adjust the spices to your liking.
