- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Optional: paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cream cheese and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl.
- Stir in the shredded cheeses, jalapeños, green onions, and garlic powder.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for about 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with extra green onions or a dash of paprika.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or your favorite crackers.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Adjust the spices to your liking.
