- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Fresh or dried herbs (parsley, basil, thyme)
- 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prep the chicken by patting it dry with paper towels; season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and herbs in a bowl.
- Combine minced garlic with olive oil in another bowl; brush generously over the chicken.
- Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden-brown finish.
- Rest the chicken for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional herbs on top before serving.
