Description

A crispy and flavorful chicken dish, inspired by Longhorn Steakhouse, featuring a savory Parmesan crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Fresh or dried herbs (parsley, basil, thyme)
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prep the chicken by patting it dry with paper towels; season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and herbs in a bowl.
  4. Combine minced garlic with olive oil in another bowl; brush generously over the chicken.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat.
  6. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; drizzle a little more olive oil on top.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  8. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden-brown finish.
  9. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional herbs on top before serving.
