Instructions
- Clean your mushrooms thoroughly by wiping them gently with a damp cloth.
- Pour olive oil into a skillet over medium heat and let it warm up.
- Add the minced garlic, allowing it to become aromatic (about 30 seconds).
- Toss in your mushrooms, stirring gently to coat in the garlic and oil.
- Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add fresh herbs and lemon juice, tossing everything together for another minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
