Delicious and addictive Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip Bites, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1 can (14 oz) Canned Artichoke Hearts, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping the spinach, and thawing if frozen.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic until smooth.
  4. Fold in the spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, and parmesan. Season to taste.
  5. Fill rounds of pastry dough with the mixture or spoon into phyllo pastry cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Drain spinach and artichokes thoroughly to avoid watery filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
