Ingredients

- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 cups Spinach, fresh or frozen
- 1 can (14 oz) Canned Artichoke Hearts, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Red Pepper Flakes, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping the spinach, and thawing if frozen.
- Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic until smooth.
- Fold in the spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, and parmesan. Season to taste.
- Fill rounds of pastry dough with the mixture or spoon into phyllo pastry cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
Drain spinach and artichokes thoroughly to avoid watery filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
