Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Sauté mushrooms with olive oil until golden brown. Scramble eggs in a bowl with herbs.
- Cook the bacon in the same skillet until crispy.
- Assemble the sandwiches with cheese, meat, mushrooms, and eggs on bread.
- Wrap each sandwich in foil for freezing.
- Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-25 minutes.
