Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 strips Bacon
  • 4 English muffins, split
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • Fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Sauté mushrooms with olive oil until golden brown. Scramble eggs in a bowl with herbs.
  2. Cook the bacon in the same skillet until crispy.
  3. Assemble the sandwiches with cheese, meat, mushrooms, and eggs on bread.
  4. Wrap each sandwich in foil for freezing.
  5. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-25 minutes.
