Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix in a large bowl ground beef, almond flour, eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-2 inch balls.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Finish with a keto-friendly marinara sauce or serve with garlic butter sauce.
- Serve with zoodles or cauliflower rice, and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider browning the meatballs in a skillet before baking. Chill the shaped meatballs for 30 minutes for better texture.
