Ingredients

- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
- 1 cup assorted vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, asparagus)
- Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg for egg wash (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat, adding salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Stir in chopped veggies and cook until softened.
- Unroll the crescent dough, separating it into triangles, and arrange them in a circle on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the egg and veggie mixture onto the center of the dough circle and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling to create a ring.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
