- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare your pan: Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the peanut butter, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and smooth out the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into squares or rectangles and serve. Optionally sprinkle with sea salt before chilling.
Notes
Use a heavy-bottomed saucepan to prevent scorching. Make sure to let the fudge cool completely before cutting for the best texture.
