Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan: Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and smooth out the top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve. Optionally sprinkle with sea salt before chilling.

Notes

Use a heavy-bottomed saucepan to prevent scorching. Make sure to let the fudge cool completely before cutting for the best texture.
