A delightful twist on the traditional tiramisu, layered with fresh strawberries and creamy mascarpone.
Ingredients

- 2 cups ripe strawberries, sliced
- 1 package ladyfinger biscuits
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for sprinkling
Instructions
- Prepare your espresso and let it cool.
- Beat the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla until light and creamy.
- Wash and slice the strawberries.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled espresso.
- Lay half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a dish.
- Add half of the mascarpone mixture and half of the sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder on top for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
Use the ripest strawberries for the best flavor. Avoid over-soaking the ladyfingers to maintain their texture.
