- 2 packages (8 oz each) of Cream Cheese
- 2 cans (8 oz each) of Crescent Roll Dough
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your baking dish by lightly greasing a 9×13-inch pan.
- Roll out half of the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the filling evenly over the crescent roll base.
- Place the remaining crescent roll dough over the filling.
- Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle it over the top of the dough.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing for a smoother filling. Let the bars cool before slicing for cleaner cuts.
