Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the chopped chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Whisk in the granulated and brown sugars until well combined.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Fold in the flour until just combined.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, layer graham crackers, and half of the marshmallows.
  8. Spread the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with more marshmallows.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set around the edges.
  10. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
