- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the chopped chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Whisk in the granulated and brown sugars until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the flour until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, layer graham crackers, and half of the marshmallows.
- Spread the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with more marshmallows.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set around the edges.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
