  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfingers (savoiardi)
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee and letting it cool. Chop your pistachios finely for garnish.
  2. Make the mascarpone mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar. Whisk until light and fluffy.
  3. Create the layers: Dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee briefly, then arrange them in a dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the top.
  4. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, topping with remaining mascarpone.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Garnish & serve: Dust the top with cocoa powder and sprinkle chopped pistachios before serving.

Notes
