Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee and letting it cool. Chop your pistachios finely for garnish.
- Make the mascarpone mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar. Whisk until light and fluffy.
- Create the layers: Dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee briefly, then arrange them in a dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the top.
- Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, topping with remaining mascarpone.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Garnish & serve: Dust the top with cocoa powder and sprinkle chopped pistachios before serving.
