- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz melting chocolate or chocolate chips
- Toppings (crushed nuts, sprinkles, or caramel drizzle)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a zip-lock bag or food processor until fine.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Form small balls of the mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Coat each truffle in the melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
- Decorate with your chosen toppings before the chocolate hardens.
- Chill again for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
