Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup granulated sugar (½ cup for filling and ¼ cup for crust)
- 2 fresh ripe mangoes
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of each cup.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually adding sugar until mixed.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Peel and chop mangoes, then blend until smooth, adding lime juice.
- Layer cheesecake filling over crust and top with mango puree, creating swirls if desired.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until set.
- Serve with mango slices or whipped cream on top.
Notes
Use chilled bowls for whipping cream for better results. Allow chilling time for the best texture.
