- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons Matcha Powder
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then let it cool slightly.
- Add the granulated and brown sugar to the melted butter, stirring until glossy and smooth.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, whisking vigorously after each. Then stir in the vanilla.
- Sift together the flour and matcha powder, then gently fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and evenly distribute it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then on a wire rack before slicing.
- Enjoy! Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
Notes
For an added touch, sprinkle sea salt on top before serving.
