  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler.
  3. Whisk in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
