Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler until smooth.
- Whisk the sugar into the warm chocolate mixture, then add the eggs one at a time.
- Incorporate the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Add the flour and cocoa powder, folding gently until no flour pockets remain.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before lifting out and slicing into squares.
