Ingredients

- 200g Dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 250g Mascarpone cheese
- 300ml Heavy cream
- 100g Sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the mascarpone.
- Whisk together the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl until pale and fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the egg mixture, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream and mascarpone mixture into the chocolate base until incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a dome mold and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight if possible.
- Once set, gently unmold your dome and dust with cocoa powder or decorate with chocolate shavings.
