- Fill the ramekins about three-quarters full with the batter.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm and the centers are soft.
- Let the cakes rest for 1 minute after baking before inverting them onto plates.
- Serve dusted with powdered sugar or with whipped cream/ice cream.
