Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the flour and salt, mixing until it forms a crumbly dough.
- Shape into a log or press into a square pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden, then cool on a wire rack.
- Melt chocolate until smooth.
- Dip half of each cookie into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Enjoy the cookies at room temperature.
