Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add your chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.

- Chill the mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Shape the balls: Use a spoon or melon baller to scoop out portions and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Coat with coconut (optional): Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut if desired.
- Chill again: Refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
