- 2 cups shredded chicken (boneless, cooked)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the chicken if raw, season with salt and pepper, and shred.
- Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Add shredded chicken and cheddar cheese, and fold in.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish and serve with tortilla chips or veggies.

Adjust the buffalo sauce to your spice preference. Can be served with a variety of accompaniments.
