- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
- Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and oil until smooth.
- Blend the mixtures: Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the raspberries gently into the batter.
- Fill the donut pan about halfway with the batter.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until they spring back lightly when touched.
- Cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
