Description

Delightful Oreo balls coated in rich chocolate, perfect for sharing on Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz chocolate for coating (dark, milk, or white)
  • Sprinkles or toppings (heart-shaped sprinkles, coconut flakes, or crushed nuts)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor or zip-top bag until fine crumbs are formed.
  2. Mix in softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into balls, about 1 tablespoon each, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Decorate with sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Chill again until set, or for about 15 minutes in the fridge.
  9. Serve once hardened and enjoy!

Notes

These treats can be frozen for about a month; store them in a single layer to prevent sticking together. Adjust flavors with flavored Oreos or add peppermint extract for a unique twist.
