- 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your baking dish by greasing an 8-inch square baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Mix the wet ingredients: beat together the eggs, then add melted butter and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl: flour, brown sugar, and salt.
- Stir in the pineapple, draining it if using canned.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before serving warm, optionally topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
For a more indulgent flavor, sprinkle extra brown sugar on top before baking. Serve warm with plain yogurt or coconut flakes for added texture.
