Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, cut into slices

  • 1 tablespoon chopped herbs (like rosemary or thyme)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ketchup or barbecue sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken by tossing it in the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
