  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak: In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of black pepper. Add the steak, ensuring it is completely covered, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight).
  2. Cook the pasta: While the steak marinates, cook the rotini according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside, tossing with a splash of olive oil.
