Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 blend)
- 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- 2 Fresh Jalapeños, chopped
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1 cup Fresh Lettuce
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- Condiments: Mayonnaise, mustard, or spicy aioli
Instructions
- Prepare the patties: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with finely chopped jalapeños, salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. Form the mixture into patties, making a slight indentation in the middle, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

- Toast the buns: Lightly toast your buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers: On the bottom half of the toasted bun, spread your chosen condiment. Place the cheesy patty on top, followed by fresh lettuce, tomato, and sliced onions. Add more sliced jalapeños or your favorite hot sauce if desired.
- Serve and enjoy: Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
Don’t overwork the meat when mixing, and always toast the buns for best texture.
