  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup toasted marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Brew the Coffee: Start by brewing your favorite coffee or espresso. Allow it to cool slightly while you gather the remaining ingredients.
  2. Toast the Marshmallows: If you’re feeling adventurous, toast some marshmallows over an open flame or in the oven until golden and gooey.
  3. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, ice cream, chocolate syrup, and toasted marshmallows. Add milk based on desired consistency.
  4. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and reach a thick, creamy texture.
  5. Prepare Your Glasses: Drizzle chocolate syrup along the insides of your serving glasses, optionally sprinkle some crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
