  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, or parsley), to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey: heat olive oil in a skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté until tender, then add ground turkey, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Prepare the filling by mixing cooked turkey with cranberry sauce and cream cheese until combined.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet, arranging triangles in a circle.
  5. Fill the wide end of each triangle with turkey mixture, folding points over filling to seal.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm, sliced into wedges.
