  • Fresh thyme, for seasoning
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Roast Beef: If using a homemade roast, season the beef with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Slow-roast until tender.
  2. Caramelize the Onions: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add thinly sliced onions and sauté them gently until they turn golden brown and sweet.
  3. Slice the Rolls: Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer the Ingredients: Begin layering the ingredients. Start with a layer of roast beef, then add caramelized onions, and top with cheese.
  5. Combine the Sauce: Mix Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder and drizzle it over the sliders.
