Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prep your cake pan by greasing and lining with parchment.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl until well combined.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture carefully.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10-15 minutes in the pan.
- Prepare the cream cheese frosting while the cake cools.
- Spread the frosting generously over the cooled cake.
