Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
- Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Combine both mixtures gradually, stirring until just combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and gently fold them in.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
