  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and protein powder in a large bowl until fully combined.
  2. Adjust with a splash of milk if needed to ensure a soft, pliable dough.
  3. Knead the dough gently for about a minute on a floured surface.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions, roll into balls, and shape into bagels.
  5. Boil water in a large pot and carefully drop in the bagels, cooking for 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the boiled bagels for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Whisk together milk, turmeric, ground ginger, honey, and black pepper in a saucepan over low heat until warmed.
