- 1 Baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 8 oz Brie Cheese, sliced
- 2 Ripe Pears, sliced
- 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
- Olive oil or melted butter, for brushing
- Fresh herbs (Thyme or Rosemary), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush each side of baguette slices with olive oil or melted butter.
- Place baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Toast for about 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Layer each toasted baguette slice with a piece of Brie cheese and a few slices of pear.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the pear slices.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs, then return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm on a platter and enjoy!
