Description

A delightful appetizer featuring buttery toasted baguette topped with creamy Brie, sweet pears, and tangy cranberry sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese, sliced
  • 2 Ripe Pears, sliced
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • Olive oil or melted butter, for brushing
  • Fresh herbs (Thyme or Rosemary), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush each side of baguette slices with olive oil or melted butter.
  3. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Toast for about 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Layer each toasted baguette slice with a piece of Brie cheese and a few slices of pear.
  6. Spoon cranberry sauce over the pear slices.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, then return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve warm on a platter and enjoy!
