- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or chives
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the loaf by slicing it in a crisscross pattern without cutting all the way through.
- Mix the shredded cheese, minced garlic, chopped herbs, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Stuff the cheese mixture generously into the crevices of the bread.
- Wrap the stuffed loaf in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Unwrap the bread and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm after letting it cool for a few minutes.
