Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by rinsing and trimming the ends, slicing them in half.
  3. Create the glaze by mixing honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a small bowl.
  4. Combine the halved Brussels sprouts with minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then drizzle the honey-balsamic glaze over them.
  5. Roast on a parchment-lined baking tray for 20-25 minutes or until golden-brown, tossing halfway through.
  6. Finish by drizzling with more balsamic and honey right before they are done, if desired.

Notes
