- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts by rinsing and trimming the ends, slicing them in half.
- Create the glaze by mixing honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Combine the halved Brussels sprouts with minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then drizzle the honey-balsamic glaze over them.
- Roast on a parchment-lined baking tray for 20-25 minutes or until golden-brown, tossing halfway through.
- Finish by drizzling with more balsamic and honey right before they are done, if desired.
