Description

A tender turkey breast infused with garlic and aromatic herbs, creating a delightful flavor that brings families together.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 boneless, skin-on turkey breast
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the herb mixture by mixing garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Prep the turkey by loosening the skin, then applying the herb mixture beneath and over the skin.
  4. Sear the turkey in a hot skillet, skin-side down, for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Roast the turkey in the oven for 45-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest the turkey for at least 10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to check for doneness and let the turkey rest before cutting.
