- 6 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the herb mixture by mixing garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Prep the turkey by loosening the skin, then applying the herb mixture beneath and over the skin.
- Sear the turkey in a hot skillet, skin-side down, for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Roast the turkey in the oven for 45-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest the turkey for at least 10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
