  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (dill, cilantro, or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salad: In a bowl, combine chicken, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped celery, bell peppers, red onion, and fresh herbs. Mix gently.
  2. Taste and Adjust: Season with salt and pepper; add garlic powder or hot sauce for extra flavor.
  3. Prepare the Avocados: Slice avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out some flesh to make room for stuffing.
