Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, and spices in a large bowl.
- Combine coconut oil and sweetener in a small saucepan over low heat until melted.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
