Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Optional: dried fruits, chocolate chips, or seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, and spices in a large bowl.
  3. Combine coconut oil and sweetener in a small saucepan over low heat until melted.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
