Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Citrus Zest (lemon or orange)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by gently rinsing and drying them, then hull each one.
  2. Create the filling by beating cream cheese until creamy, then adding powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and citrus zest.
  3. Stuff each strawberry generously with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  4. Chill the stuffed strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the strawberries on a platter, optionally drizzling with melted chocolate or dusting with cocoa powder.
