Description

Crispy chicken tenders coated in a pretzel crust, served with a zesty Buffalo ranch sauce for a perfect family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 2 cups traditional pretzels, crushed
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Crush the pretzels in a resealable bag until they are coarse crumbs.
  3. Mix the crushed pretzels with spices in a bowl.
  4. Coat each marinated chicken tender in the pretzel crumb mixture.
  5. Fry in hot oil or bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for a healthier option.
  6. Make the sauce by mixing ranch dressing and Buffalo sauce together.
  7. Serve the tenders with extra Buffalo ranch sauce on the side.

Notes
