- 4 fresh apples (Granny Smith or Fuji)
- 1 bag of dark Jolly Ranchers (flavor of your choice)
- 4 wooden sticks
- Sprinkles or crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry your apples.
- Insert wooden sticks into the tops of each apple, pushing them in about halfway.
- Unwrap the dark Jolly Ranchers and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat the candies in intervals, stirring in between until melted (about 1-2 minutes).
- Dip the apple completely into the warm candy and twirl to let excess drip off.
- Sprinkle crushed nuts or colorful sprinkles before the candy sets.
- Place the apple on parchment paper to cool and harden.
- Allow to sit for about 30 minutes before serving.
