Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 23 jalapeños, diced

  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes each side), then shred.
  3. Make the creamy sauce by combining cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese in the skillet; stir until combined.
  4. Fold in diced jalapeños and shredded chicken until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, swap sour cream with Greek yogurt. Adjust seasonings according to your taste preference.
