Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs, egg, and seasonings in a large bowl until combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until browned.
- Glaze the cooked meatballs in warmed cranberry sauce.
- Serve warm, either on their own or over rice.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, broil the meatballs for a couple of minutes after glazing.
