Ingredients
- Bratwurst (variety of choice)
- Slider Buns (soft, buttery)
- Onions (sweet or red)

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Place bratwurst in the skillet and cook for 7-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.
- Slice onions and sauté them in a separate pan with butter over low heat until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove brats from the skillet, let them rest for a couple of minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Toast slider buns in a pan or on the grill until golden.
- Assemble the sliders by placing brat pieces on buns, topping with sautéed onions and preferred condiments.
