Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the ground beef, parsley, mint, onion, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into oval-shaped patties or logs, about two inches long, and place them on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, or until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with tzatziki, salads, or wrapped in pita.
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for better flavor melding. Aim for an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C) for ground beef.
