Description

Delightful bite-sized Tiramisu Balls made from mascarpone, coffee, and ladyfingers, perfect for gatherings or a cozy treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g Ladyfingers
  • 1 cup Espresso or Strong Coffee
  • 250g Mascarpone Cheese
  • 100g Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • Optional: Liquor (Marsala or coffee liqueur)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine mascarpone with sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat until smooth.
  3. Dip the ladyfingers quickly into the cooled coffee.
  4. Fold the dipped ladyfingers into the mascarpone mixture until combined.
  5. Form small balls (about a tablespoon each) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Dust each ball with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Make sure to not oversoak the ladyfingers. Customize the size of the balls to your liking for bite-sized snacks.
