Delightful bite-sized Tiramisu Balls made from mascarpone, coffee, and ladyfingers, perfect for gatherings or a cozy treat.
Ingredients

- 200g Ladyfingers
- 1 cup Espresso or Strong Coffee
- 250g Mascarpone Cheese
- 100g Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Optional: Liquor (Marsala or coffee liqueur)
Instructions
- Brew the Espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
- Combine mascarpone with sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat until smooth.
- Dip the ladyfingers quickly into the cooled coffee.
- Fold the dipped ladyfingers into the mascarpone mixture until combined.
- Form small balls (about a tablespoon each) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Dust each ball with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Make sure to not oversoak the ladyfingers. Customize the size of the balls to your liking for bite-sized snacks.
