Description

Delicious, cheesy Pepperoni Rolls are perfect for a quick dinner or as a savory snack during movie nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 200g pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or cheddar/provolone)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1 clove garlic (fresh or powder, to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Layer a thin layer of olive oil or melted butter, then add cheese and pepperoni slices.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one edge to form a log.
  5. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces and place cut-side up on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with cheese or herbs.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.

Notes

Allow the rolls to cool a few minutes after baking to avoid burning your mouth on the cheese.
