Description

A delightful fusion of cheeseburgers and garlic bread, these bombs are filled with savory ground beef, mushrooms, and melted Parmesan, all wrapped in buttery crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or parsley
  • 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the garlic in a skillet with olive oil until fragrant, then add ground beef and mushrooms, cooking until browned.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough on a floured surface and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon the filling into the center of each triangle, topping with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal tightly.
  6. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle more Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and puffy.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara or ranch for dipping. These can be frozen before baking and cooked from frozen when ready to enjoy.
