A delightful fusion of cheeseburgers and garlic bread, these bombs are filled with savory ground beef, mushrooms, and melted Parmesan, all wrapped in buttery crescent roll dough.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano or parsley
- 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the garlic in a skillet with olive oil until fragrant, then add ground beef and mushrooms, cooking until browned.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a floured surface and separate it into triangles.
- Spoon the filling into the center of each triangle, topping with Parmesan cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal tightly.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle more Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and puffy.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara or ranch for dipping. These can be frozen before baking and cooked from frozen when ready to enjoy.
